Jim made check-in easy, and the room was clean and nice. There was a little bench out front, plus a room next door with an ice maker and scoop, and a washer and dryer. It's pet friendly and didn't cost too much to bring a pet. Restaurants and Walmart are within walking distance. I got a good price on Expedia and would definitely recommend it.

We came from NY state to visit my daughter's home, and I picked this motel because it was close by. The decor was nice, and our room at the back was very quiet, though there were only three other cars in the lot. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were just flat foam, and the old carpet felt damp and funky. There were cigarette butts scattered all over the ground. Near a small stream full of garbage, there was a dirty fire pit with booze bottles and more cigarette butts. It was quite expensive for a place that needs some overhauling.

The room was clean and everything else was great. The smell was the one thing I didn't like. It seemed they sprayed some kind of air freshener while cleaning, and it smelled awful. I couldn't tell if they'd used too much or if the product itself just smelled unpleasant.

There aren't many options for travelers in Lincoln, Maine. One night there was a brief verbal argument outside. It didn't last long, but someone claiming to be property management started banging loudly on my neighbor's door and yelling and swearing about it, without a shirt on, while I and presumably others were trying to sleep. It was annoying and very unprofessional. Room service was lacking too.
