Ramada Inn Airport

I came in after an exhausting workday, and Julia's smile at the front desk immediately put me at ease. She was warm, friendly, and accommodating, and paid attention to the details. She walked me to the gym, told me about breakfast, and gave me two room keys, offering to help if I needed anything. What an amazing spirit. We need more front desk people like her with those bright smiles. Great service, breakfast, rooms, and Julia. I'll definitely keep coming back.

We were traveling from Seattle Washington toward Florida with these two, and they were pleased with the stay, as were we. It was just a quick stop to sleep and rest. I loved that coffee was ready at 4:30 am.

The room was clean aside from the shower door, and the pool area was clean too. There's lots of parking, including plenty of Diamond spots. The hotel is fine, a standard Hampton Inn. Staff seemed fairly disinterested when I arrived, though with my digital key it wasn't a big deal. My bigger frustration was housekeeping knocking twice, at 9 am, two hours before the 11 am checkout. I often work in my room until it's time to leave, and I always check out on time. Please don't try to push me out early.

The hotel has recently been renovated and looks good. The room is a standard Hampton Inn style, and breakfast was good. I stayed three nights. The sign said towels would be replaced, the bed made, trash emptied, and amenities refreshed every two days. After the second night, they replaced my towels but did nothing else. I contacted the front desk, who said they'd ask housekeeping, but housekeeping never got back to me. If the sign says those things will be done and they aren't, I've got a problem. I wasn't sure I'd return because they hadn't kept their promise. EDIT, four days later: I called the hotel, and the very nice GM listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make me feel valued. I'll give this place another chance in the future.
