We recently held our wedding reception at the LMR and had a great experience working with Olivia to plan it. She was organized and helpful, making sure our special day went smoothly. Guests gave us lots of compliments about the venue and food, and the lakeside pavilion was perfect for the reception. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly. We’d highly recommend booking this venue for a special day.

A good option for groups, with easy check-in and good service. It’s close to the Mall, spa service, and golf. Just know that room service runs from 4pm to midnight, and breakfast doesn’t offer turkey or beef options.

I was there in 1/2026, and both my son and I have been sick for three days. The room was hot during the day, around 75, then 66 at night, and we couldn’t raise the temperature. I’ll book a holiday inn next time. The pool area was extremely dated and dirty. It felt like 95-100 degrees, with standing puddles, a slimy floor, and ceiling vents that needed cleaning. The elevators were dirty too, with unclean handrails, mirrors, and carpeting, and they need paint or an update.

The room was tiny, the heat kept cutting in and out, and the cabinet handle was broken. There was a used kleenex in the trash, and the only toiletries were a used, nearly empty hand lotion. For $300, there were no comfortable amenities. I’ll never stay here again.

There’s lots of space for activities at this grand, big hotel, and the scenery around the property is amazing. My room was nice and clean, with good beds and furniture, and the bathroom had been newly renovated. I’ll come back again.
