The Jacuzzi was out of order, and lights above the headboard and end table flickered all night. Staff wouldn't do anything or refund even part of the extra charge for the Jacuzzi room. It was an absolutely horrible experience, and I'll never stay here again.

We've stayed here several times, and the rooms can be very different even though they cost the same. They wouldn't let us switch rooms.

I'd seen some unfavorable reviews, so I wasn't sure about taking a chance on this place, but I'm glad we did. Our room was clean and looked nice, with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. Everything was spotless, and the staff were helpful and courteous.

I didn't feel very safe because the door had no secondary lock. There was hair in the sheets, and the room had no clothes hangers or bathroom hook. I did like having a fridge and microwave, and the potted flowers outside were nice.

We picked this Inn because it was cheaper and we were going to Winstar, where we don't usually sleep long anyway. But the second we walked in, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were dead bugs on the floor, hair all over the bathroom, and brown stuff dripping down the wall. We left without staying because it was too gross to sleep in that bed. I'd strongly recommend finding another place.
