After hours of driving, I just wanted to check in, not argue. The front desk staff were often unpleasant, some didn't even greet guests, and they argued instead of showing hospitality. When they didn't like what I had to say, the manager refused to let me stay at all. The policies and fees feel like ways to collect extra money, with daily service fees and charges for dishes. This place is a joke. I've complained to corporate. They need new staff and a remodel.

We told them at check-in that we had emotional support dogs, and staff said there would still be a charge. We explained that they were also service dogs for my veteran husband, and their faces made it clear they didn't like that. During the week we booked, 'room service' came by twice to complain about a dog smell. Our dogs don't smell. My husband has a sensitive nose, and I brush them every week. We hadn't stayed long enough for room service anyway. We couldn't extend another week through the third-party app, so we waited a day and tried to book again. They then said they didn't want us back because the smell had made them clean the room multiple times, though neither my husband nor I could smell anything. It felt clear they just didn't like that we weren't charged for our SERVICE DOGS. You're not supposed to charge for or discriminate against service dogs anywhere. 2/10.

This is my go-to hotel now. Everyone is so friendly and nice, and they do their best to work with you while still having rules because it is a hotel. Kisha and Dashawn in maintenance are the best. I love them dearly ❤️

Everything was what I expected. My only interaction with staff was the woman at the front desk, and she was pleasant and professional. I don't remember her name, but she had short, natural blonde hair and red lipstick.

For the price, the rooms are great, with good amenities and washer-dryers that work well. You'll have to borrow or buy your own kitchen tools. Being near the airport and local businesses is handy, and KD does a great job running the place.
