The inside has a fancy feel, especially around the bar. We checked the beds, towels, and rooms and found everything clean and tidy, with good ventilation. They sell food, though, so you’ll need to pay for it. Since we were there for two days, we were fine bringing our own things. The reservation process was great, too. People seemed to know to keep the noise down at night. My one concern was the cars: people were looking around them even late at night, though nothing had happened so far. There were also people around when parties were going on.

Our room's air conditioning didn't work, and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke throughout our two-day stay, despite the hotel's claim that it's smoke-free. We even found cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, too. Check-in was listed for 4 p.m., but we arrived at 6:30 and still waited until after 7 for our room.

I reserved an upgraded King through Priceline, but at check-in the front desk woman said only double beds were available, for the same price. She wouldn't make even a small adjustment. There was no customer service at all.

We travel out of state at least once a month for our two kids' travel soccer, and this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in lately. The room was dirty, and the furniture and walls had plenty of damage. I can post photos. The heater didn't work, and a loud, recurring noise woke us up. The manager said we'd get a refund, but it never came. Do not stay here.

We planned to stay two nights, but left after the first because the place was so run down and poorly maintained that my children were uncomfortable there.
