The rooms are supposed to be renovated, but mine had holes in the wall, a ceiling that was caving in, and pests. They don’t provide housekeeping or linens, and you can’t get fresh sheets if you need them. You also have to bring your own towels and tissue. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even at its “nice” prices.

Yeah, I found four roaches in the bathroom and one in the fridge. Roaches are everywhere, so I’m not making a big deal of the ones in the bathroom, but I can’t explain the one in the fridge. I’m disabled, and there isn’t a single grab bar in the shower. They lock up the ice when the office closes, too. I need to switch rooms today if possible, closer to the front, because I can’t walk to get ice or anything with my injury. The ice was already melting since I walk so slowly. Plus, nobody will know where I am.

Room 213 was infested with roaches, and the whole upstairs was too. We left the next day. This hotel gets zero stars from me.

My fiancée and I paid $440.00 for a week in a room on 08/15/2024. We checked three different rooms and found roaches throughout all of them. I asked for a refund, but three days later we still hadn’t received the money. We need either our money back or the room. We were willing to take the room despite the roaches, but Suites On Market is refusing to honor the agreement or return our payment. There are many reasons not to stay at Suites on Market. We have no choice but to contact everyone we can through Google, the news, and any other means to stop this company from putting others in the same situation.
