Sleep Inn

It was loud at night, the room was very small, and there were homeless people walking around. The bathrooms were filthy, the sheets stained, and the odors foul. Locks were broken, the AC and heat didn't work right, and paint was peeling. They don't even deserve one star. Worst location I've ever stayed at. There were bed bugs in the room.

We checked in early on June 8, 2025, and a few hours later found bed bugs crawling in our bed and a roach in the room. It was disgusting and felt completely unsafe. We were uncomfortable knowing we'd slept in those conditions, so we checked out right away and reported it at the front desk. The staff seemed careless and dismissive, with no urgency about our safety. They had us fill out a form and said to contact Danny, the manager, for a refund. Danny said he'd mail a check after we sent the photos and report, but five months later we still hadn't received anything. We called, emailed, and followed up several times without a response. The staff acted clueless, and Danny was completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. We left itching and disgusted, and felt ignored, unsafe, and disrespected. No guest should have to deal with those filthy, infested conditions or that kind of neglect. This was by far my worst hotel experience. Avoid this place at all costs. It's unsafe and dirty, and management doesn't care about guests.

The room was great, and the little market with microwave food, drinks, snacks, and other things is a fabulous idea. The prices were outrageous, though, a can of Coke was $2.00. Still, it was a wonderful stay.

We got a room late, at 4am, and the man was polite and friendly and checked us in fast. Everything in the room looked nice and clean, with no smells. Great customer service, and all in all we were pleased with our stay.
