We cancelled and found somewhere else after arriving to a room that wasn’t what we had booked. We reserved a Luxury Studio suite with a king bed, but got a small room with a full or queen bed. The virtual kiosk representative argued about the reservation, then said our room type wasn’t available and we’d been downgraded. No one told us this during check-in. The room had three cockroaches, spider webs, dirt and filth. The AC wasn’t working properly, it was very humid, and wind howled through gaps around the unsealed window. When we asked for extra pillows, we were told to get them from the hotel next door because nobody was actually at this one. We contacted our travel portal, which reached out to the hotel, but were told no authorized hotel staff would be available until the next day. We also couldn’t drive around the parking lot because cars were parked overnight under the awning and in the driveway. There were no hotel staff on site at night, and check-in was through a kiosk with someone remote. I booked through a travel portal based on the high rating and great reviews, but looking more closely, I suspect many reviews are fake.

We only stayed from midnight to 7am, but had everything we needed. The kitchenette also looks well equipped for a longer stay.

The kitchenette is tiny, and the sink doubles as the bathroom sink, so doing dishes and keeping things hygienic is difficult. It also clogs easily. The rooms are smaller and less nice than the photos, and the AC is very loud and inconsistent, which made sleeping hard. It’s cheap, but not worth it. 1/10, take your money elsewhere. I stayed for two weeks before my job sent me to another work site. I’d paid for the final week but could only stay three days, and the hotel refused to refund the four unused days. It was almost impossible to reach a manager. When one finally called, they were rude and wouldn’t budge. I’d have accepted credit for a future stay since I’ll be back in town, but the manager hung up on me. My coworker tried to stay after I left and was told pets weren’t allowed. I’d had my dog with me without any problem. Is that because my coworker is Black?
