Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock-Downtown

The front desk staff were courteous, helpful, and easily the best part of my stay. The breakfast, though, needs a lot of work. On both days, the brown sugar and dried cranberries were hard and stale, and the coffee was cold. I understand the hotel is being renovated, but housekeeping still needs to do better. The elevator and breakfast area were dirty and unpleasant. Despite the good interactions with the desk staff, I wasn't satisfied with my stay and wouldn't recommend this property.

“Prime Time” Deon at the front desk made this one of my best hotel experiences. He answered all my questions, helped whenever I needed something, and was consistently friendly. He really made me feel welcome and looked after. If you need anything, ask Deon, he'll get you right. I read the negative reviews before coming and was hesitant, but after staying I don't think they were accurate. Parking is available free or cheap just outside the front door, or you can pay for the ramp. The buffet breakfast was more plentiful than I'd expected. And again, “Prime Time” Deon is the absolute man, best in the business.

Deon J checked me in while Sarah R was training, and the customer service was hands down the best. Deon was professional, upbeat, and quick to move me to another room when there was a problem with the first one. I was in town for a quick pleasure trip. The hotel could use a facelift: the rugs looked dirty and dingy, and the hallway smelled like mildew or mold. Breakfast had a good variety and fresh coffee.

This is our favorite hotel in Little Rock. My little daughters and I love every stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown. Beverly, Nicole, D'dre, and the rest of the staff make sure my girls are happy and comfortable, and they make each day feel special. As a mom, I really appreciate them. My twin girls would probably live here if they could. Such a lovely group of employees. 💖 Thanks, ladies!
