After checkout today, one of the managers, an older Indian woman, told me not to come back because she said the bathroom and bed in my boyfriend’s and my room were dirty. I felt she was being racist toward us because we’re Black. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom except for a chair I’d moved in there. The wall stains were already there, and the housekeepers barely do their jobs. We left some tobacco on the bed, but there were also stains on the bedding under the sheets that weren’t ours. She was already in a bad mood and arguing with another guest about checkout, and I think she took it out on us. I’d spent a lot of money there before and never had a problem with my room after checkout. This time, she called it messy, even though we left very little mess. Housekeepers are supposed to clean anyway. I wish I’d taken pictures of the bathroom walls before we left. Poor service.

I spent eight months there, and everyone treated me kindly. I respect the owners, and I’ll always cherish that chapter of my life. I’m going to miss everybody. Treat people with respect and you’ll get it back. Come in with a trash attitude, though, and you’ll feel the wrath.

I paid $275 for a week, and it wasn’t worth it. The front desk was indifferent and unwelcoming. There was no microwave, and the linen was stained. I was told the room would be cleaned three days that week, but it wasn’t cleaned the next day it was due, even after I requested housekeeping. I took the linen downstairs for a fresh set and was told housekeeping had to request it for me.

The only perk I found was the club next door, where I spent a few hours because I needed to get away from the hotel. When I came back, police were chasing someone who’d stopped to visit his sister in town. I won’t return unless Super 7 gets this place under control. Honestly, I’d rather stay at the capri in benton, which says a lot. We asked to stay two nights but were turned away after the first trial night. They took both our IDs, but since only one of us paid, the other was told there’d be no key or towel. The woman who greeted us was rude and inattentive, and every interaction left me feeling scrutinized. After I’d written the first part of this review, we stayed two more nights and still couldn’t get towels. We were talked down to when we asked if that would continue, and told we’d have to pay for towels because housekeeping hadn’t brought any. They gave us one key, then said I’d have to buy it if I didn’t return it right away when I needed the door unlocked after coming back from walmart. We’d left the key on the broken nightstand. It shouldn’t be too much to have two keys for two adults until checkout. You can’t sit outside, and the only working wall outlet in the room was for the TV. The bathroom outlet didn’t work either, so I couldn’t charge my phone and watch TV. I’m sorry for the bad review, but a business should be held accountable for how it treats paying customers. Zero stars across the board. Yay Super 7 of little rock.

It’s a pretty remote spot off the highway, so people hanging around are less likely to get there easily. The motel itself is basic, with no breakfast, and there wasn’t a microwave in my room even though the website says there is. For the price, it was adequate, though it’s far from the best motel I’ve stayed in. The night clerk, Habib, asked me for a tip for doing nothing beyond his usual job. Even then, the service was only so-so, and he could have offered the discount I would’ve gotten by booking online, but didn’t. That alone put me off coming back. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the pricier places are all full.
