Heritage House Inn

The grounds have a lovely lawn and huge trees, and each room opens onto a porch running the length of the building. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The nearby area is industrial, but it didn't seem sketchy; the property itself is tucked away and felt totally safe. We were accommodated at the last minute with our well-behaved dog for a reasonable fee. They may accept pets case by case, so I'd suggest calling first. The staff were friendly and responsive. This is a lovely place, and the bad reviews seem to predate the remodel. We'll stay here whenever we're passing through Little Rock.

Jasmine gave us the best hotel customer service we've ever had and went above and beyond for us. The place has been newly remodeled and was very clean. Our room included a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, 50-inch Roku TV, nice closet, and tons of dresser space. I also love that they welcome pets without charging an arm and a leg. We were a little worried about safety at first, but there are lots of security cameras and we felt very comfortable during our weeklong stay. The location is great, near everything. We'll stay here again if we're back in the area.

The manager Lionel really knows customer service and works hard to make sure everything is right. I forgot my phone charger, and he helped me out with one. My night at Heritage House Inn was wonderful: the room was clean and comfortable, the price was great, and the fall decorations were classy and lovely. I'd definitely stay again if I get the chance. I booked at the last minute and they were very accommodating. They charged just $25 for my dog, which I really appreciated. The room was modern-looking and very clean, and even had a Smart Roku TV. I loved how the outside of the whole Inn was decorated for Fall, and the place felt warm and welcoming. Heidi was a gem. She helped with suggestions for local food spots and was lovely to chat with. I'm grateful I chose this Inn and highly recommend it to any traveler.
