The staff were kind and helpful, and I was happy with the service and everything else. My room was very clean, with freshly washed sheets and pillowcases. There was a fridge in every room, and you could use the microwave in the office if needed. The price was very reasonable. One of the best motels I’ve stayed in, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable but good place.

It’s only about two minutes from downtown, with easy access from I-93. There’s a gas station across the street and a co-op grocery store next door. The owner and employees are friendly and care about making your stay pleasant. They keep free coffee in the office, plus a couple of pods for the single cup maker in each room. The room also has free bath soap and other toiletries, and they’re better than the usual cheap motel stuff. In warm weather, there’s a clean outdoor pool. Best value around here.

The room passed my cleanliness check. I used to inspect housekeeping at a couple of high-end hotels in NH, so I paid attention to the fresh scent and clean appearance when my son and I settled in. It’s an older inn, so the decor is what you’d expect, but the bed was much more comfortable than the one at the hotel we’d stayed at the night before, which cost twice as much. Miss Barb welcomed me with a smile late at night, and we chatted while she told me Miss Deb keeps the rooms well. The next morning, Miss Val gave me time to catch up when we were running late instead of rushing us. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’d go out of my way to relax here again when I’m in the area. Thanks to all the friendly staff!

The room and its amenities were outstanding, much better than I expected from a last-minute online find. The nearby scenery isn’t great, though, so keep going if that’s what you’re after. Also, check your rate when you call. I assumed a quiet night with vacancies would mean a lower price, but the desk charged me $20 more when I arrived. The clerk said they sell out every night, though the hotel was only half full when I stayed in early March.

It’s an older motel, but it seems well maintained. The rooms and beds were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We don’t need fancy extras, and if you’re the same, this place is a good fit.
