This place is a dump. My parents were moving and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights during the move. I was with them, and my dad booked a suite with three beds at least two weeks ahead. We knew we'd be exhausted before a multi-state drive the next morning, so he wanted us to get proper rest. He'd been shown a room and told it was very clean. We also have dogs, so the dog-friendly policy was a plus. When we arrived to check in, suddenly that room had been rented out. The owner put us in two rooms instead. He and my dad had already agreed on a price, which was outrageous, and then he asked me if I thought my dad would mind paying $50 more. I asked what for. They'd messed up the rooms and agreed on the price already, so he couldn't just add an unexplained charge. The only clean things in the rooms were the sheets. My dad's room smelled like stale cigarettes. The bathroom walls were literally peeling apart, and there was rust and mold all over them. There was a hole in the tub surround, so I can imagine what was in the wall. Something gross was on the light switch plate, and the door was black with handprints. We were all exhausted, dogs included, and had no choice but to stay. They charged us $370 for two nights. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for that price. Total bait and switch. I'll never stay here again.

I hate leaving bad reviews, and this is my first review that I felt was truly necessary. I wanted to warn someone else about what happened to us. There were burn holes and all kinds of stains on the comforters, including unmistakable bloodstains. Both beds separately had strange yellow stains that looked like vomit, and the bathroom walls had dirty brown splatter. We called to get our money back. They offered clean sheets, but said there was no guarantee of a refund unless they managed to rebook the room that night. We were told the manager would be there at 10:30 the next morning to decide. We went back twice that morning to meet with the manager politely. The front desk woman refunded one of the two nights, but they still haven't returned our call or the money for the first night. We had to accept the loss.

After a long day, that really comfortable bed and the amazing water pressure were just what we needed. Cute room, friendly staff, and close to downtown!

The manager said it was the last room available, but when we got there, the air conditioner didn't work, so he opened up the room next door for us. The furnishings were very poor. I ended up sleeping in my car and only used the room for the restroom. They overcharged considerably for such a substandard room. Worst place I've ever been, and I'd NEVER recommend it.

HUGE MISTAKE! Even though I'd booked a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke mixed with mold and chemicals. Around midnight, my partner and I woke up with terrible headaches. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. If you want a good, healthy night's sleep, find somewhere else.
