The room was really nice and got refreshed while we were there. It felt like the hotel had just opened, and everything in the common areas was clean and well looked after. Miguel at the front desk gave us a warm welcome. The customer service was excellent, and breakfast was good. I’d definitely come back.

The breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks of travel, and every part of the service felt just as good. The staff were amazing, chatting with us and sharing an overview of their encouraging team meeting. Everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. We’ll stay here again someday.

The parking spaces outside are very narrow, which made loading and unloading the car difficult. Inside, the place is bright and clean throughout, and the hotel seems to have opened recently. The room was especially comfortable because it was so spacious. I also appreciated all the lights and electrical outlets for charging devices. What bothered me was the low water pressure: it takes a long time for hot water to reach the sink or shower, so washing hands and showering take longer and feel wasteful.

We needed a room at the last minute after problems at another hotel, and this place turned out better than we expected. They quickly set us up with two queen beds and a pullout sofa that fit our group, and the staff were very welcoming at check-in. The hotel was clean, the staff stayed attentive, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I can remember. There was a small problem with a clogged toilet, but the front desk promptly brought a plunger and it was fixed quickly. The next morning we spotted a leak from the floor above. They responded right away and offered us another room. We were heading out and didn’t need to move, but they were ready to help. I highly recommend it for the great service and quick responses.
