The free breakfast was okay, but there wasn't much value here for the lack of cleanliness and quality. The lobby women's bathroom was dirty and out of seat covers; my husband said the men's room was just as bad, with paper on the floor. We both woke up stiff from the lousy beds, and the walls are thin enough that we heard the neighbors snoring from our bedroom, living room, and bathroom. We also never got the extra pillows and towels we'd requested when booking. It felt like a poor man's wine and rose stay. Lodi doesn't have many choices, but next time I might try an Airbnb.

The maids were really sweet, and Miriam was especially helpful when she showed me which breakfast choices fit my specific diet. There were plenty of options, and the food was delicious. Everything looked spotless, including the room and the nice bathroom. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

There's more variety now, including fresh fruit, and Miriam, the breakfast attendant, kindly helped me with everything. The breakfast area was extremely clean and organized, with assorted food and a hardworking attendant. Last time, I left with a bad impression: the oatmeal was like rocks, there was no hot food, coffee, or juice, food was all over the floor, and no one was there to manage breakfast. I'd recommend this Marriott Fairfield Hotel and would return soon.
