The room was fine and the hotel is decent, though the bathroom seemed dated. My bigger issue was being told I needed to give 24 hours' notice to check out a day early after my work schedule changed. I spend over $1,000 a week at these hotels, I'm an elite member and have the hotel credit card, and I've never run into this before. The front desk said they couldn't book the room for the next night unless I gave notice the day before, because housekeeping hadn't planned to clean another room and it wouldn't be ready. That made me feel like an inconvenience as a loyal customer. They need a better business model. I'm also Diamond at Hilton, so I'll stay there next time. They don't have a problem with me changing my checkout date.

The lobby was bright and colorful, with games and activities, complimentary water, and a coffee station. There were also reasonably priced snacks and drinks, plus comfortable workstations in a quieter area. My room had a well-equipped, safe accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower. The staff were kind, courteous, and very helpful.

Our room was large, but it was on the second floor above the laundry, and unfortunately they do laundry at night. The breakfast had very few choices and was extremely unhealthy. The hotel also felt too far from everything, so we felt pretty stuck in Lodi. It wouldn't be a good choice for visiting Lodi and the wineries.

Angel went out of her way to help my family, well beyond what she had to do. The service was great, the rooms were clean, and the location was really convenient, less than a minute from the freeway. We had a great stay and will come back.

The staff were very friendly, and the property was clean and quiet. It's a nice hotel with easy freeway access. The rooms do show some wear, including faded and chipped paint and noticeably worn carpet. The pool was out of order during our stay. I still recommend the property.
