Breakfast was wonderful, and the women serving it kept replenishing the food and answered our questions about ingredients. Even after breakfast had technically ended, they let my son take the last three sausages and a cinnamon roll. He ate them over the next ten minutes, and that was really nice of them. The pool has plenty of towels and seating, with a 3-foot shallow end and a 6-foot deep end. It wasn't very warm for an indoor heated pool, and the hot tub wasn't as hot as I'd expected. To refill a water bottle if the lemon water by the desk is gone, there's a fountain in the Fitness Center down the hall from the Swimming Pool. The parking lot was well lit, and I felt safe there. We were beside the elevator but didn't hear extra traffic or elevator noise. The room was nice, though we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. There was lemon water and chocolate chip cookies near the front desk, but by around 5:00 the cookies were gone. Just an observation, not a complaint. My photos give a good idea of the hotel's amenities.

The mountain views were great, and the facility felt fresh, spotless, and well cared for. Everything worked, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and even the cleaning staff seemed well treated and in good spirits.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and breakfast was good. What really stood out was how carefully the staff kept the breakfast area. I've never seen a counter that spotless, and there wasn't even a speck of pepper left on a table.

Andrea at the front desk was a huge help when we needed a last-minute room for a local hockey tournament. The lobby was cozy and decorated for the holidays, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was hot and amazing, everything was immaculate, and the customer service was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay.
