I rarely write a bad review, but I felt uncomfortable here because the cleanliness was so poor. The floors and baseboards were visibly dirty, with grime built up along the edges. Door frames and trim had what looked like rust stains, splatters, and old residue. For a place that should be cleaned between guests, it was disturbing to see. This goes beyond normal wear. I expect at least a clean room when I pay to stay somewhere, and the condition felt like a sanitation problem and a lack of attention. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless its housekeeping standards improve significantly. Management needs to address this.

At 1 a.m. I was left without a place to stay, and by 2 a.m. I was a woman trying to find somewhere safe. The customer service was nonexistent. The man at the desk acted like checking me in was bothering him, as if he were paying me to stay at his motel. I asked if he was okay because he seemed so angry. I’d gone out to the sidewalk since his signs said not to smoke in the office, but he saw me on camera and said he was canceling my smoking. He was rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money!

We’ve had a quiet stay here before our cruise. Our upstairs double king room is huge, and we haven’t run into any problems. We’re planning to take an Uber to the port.

After we checked in and already had the keys, he canceled our reservation because we disagreed with how we’d been treated during the booking process. When we said we would leave a bad review, he got angry. There was no way to have a reasonable conversation, and we ended up searching for somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. His behavior was rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place!

For a one-night stay, this was good value, especially with the metro giving easy access straight to the convention center area. I was in town for a music festival and felt safe because the place was full of people. The front desk kindly let us in early once the room had been cleaned, though we could have used more soap and toilet paper when we arrived. The room looked very modern. My partner thought the bed was stiff, and the toilet seat was loose.
