I've been here three months while my apartment is being refurbished, and I've been very happy. It's quiet, simple, and inexpensive. The mattress is comfortable and pillowy, the water pressure is great, and there's monthly pest control. I also get cable t.v., Wi-Fi, and off street parking. The ladies who run the place are wonderful. They aren't pushovers and won't tolerate nonsense, which I like. It's walking distance to 7-22, a liquor store, CVS, several restaurants, a small grocery, and a Laundromat. The bus line runs right here too.

Really cozy beds, plus a microwave and refrigerator. Everything was very clean and even smelled clean. The towels weren't perfect, but it's clear they try. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and kindhearted. No complaints 😇

We checked out on May 20, 2019, after two months there, and today is May 22, 2019. The owner's nice and understanding about late payments, and the room is cozy. But the heater didn't work properly. When the room got hot, the cold heater would turn warm. There were roaches everywhere, no room or cleaning service, and no supplies to sweep or clean the floor and bathroom. People around us were rude at night. Loud music woke us at 6:30@m, and the smell of drugs they smoked, like crack or sherm, got into the room. Gang members argued constantly, with fights that felt mainly gang related, and we didn't feel safe. The place felt real ghetto. The manager kept changing the prices, blamed us for a broken sink, and didn't return our deposit, claiming we'd broken the handle even though it came loose on its own. The owner was nice about late payments, but I can't recommend staying here. We were just tired of it all, even though it was a place to stay.

It's on the north side of Long Beach, California, with fast food and a weed shop nearby and a smoke shop down the street. But the hotel charges too much for its rooms. They need to replace some mattresses, clean up the area more, and keep illegal activity to a minimum.

I stayed about six months. It was alright because it was cheap and close to the bus stop, but the service was really bad. There were roaches everywhere, hookers, drug dealing, and two shootings at the motel. It didn't feel safe for children. Also, the guy working at the front desk is a pervert.
