The location was perfect, right across from Walmart and near lots of places to eat. The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was included, with waffles, biscuits and gravy, and OJ. It's pet friendly, with little bags outside for your dog's business. Great value for the price, and I'd definitely stay again.

The traffic noise from the busy intersection helped me sleep like a baby, but if that's not your thing, you might want to ask for a room facing away from it. Check-in staff were very nice and let us arrive an hour early because the room was ready. The accommodations were clean and simple. We were visiting universities, and the location worked perfectly, about halfway between CSU and CU. It's also an affordable base camp for day trips to Estes and RMNP. Lyons is 15 minutes up the road, with a cool vibe, and from there you can head right up to the park.

For a budget hotel, it was decent, and the staff were helpful. The room was clean, but road noise was pretty bad. Breakfast was very basic. The TV has cable, but it doesn't support WiFi or casting, so you'll need an HDMI device like a Roku to stream.

The staff were caring and so helpful while I was taking care of my grandmother during her stay. Denise and the rest of the team made the place feel warmhearted. This location is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!
