Comfort Suites Longview North

Karina at the front desk got our stay off to a much better start after a problem with our reservation. The Choice system had caused the mix-up, outside the hotel's control, and she sorted it out quickly with real care, professionalism, and urgency. She went above and beyond and deserves recognition, maybe even a raise. The hotel itself was better than we expected: reasonable prices, spacious spotless rooms in good condition, and excellent housekeeping throughout. The staff made it a fantastic visit, and we'd gladly come back.

We've stayed here three times in the past month while dealing with a family member's sudden illness and, more recently, a death in the family. The staff and owner repeatedly helped us find last-minute rooms for relatives arriving from around Texas, and we're deeply grateful. The building was lovely, clean, comfortable, and spacious, but the people are what set Comfort Suites apart. We travel often and have stayed at plenty of hotels, including high-end ones, and none compare with the kindness, friendliness, and compassion we found here. If I could rate it above five stars, I would. We'll return whenever we're in the area. Thank you all so much.

My wife stayed here recently using a reservation I made. The hotel was fine, the pool was clean, and having breakfast included is always a plus. What stood out was Alan at the desk. He was easy to talk to and handled things smoothly, including explaining the deposit policy and how long the refund would take. While I was on the phone about the reservation, I heard him helping other guests in both English and Spanish, which helped our situation and isn't something you see everywhere. Just steady, dependable service. We'd stay again, 10/10.

The area was nice, the rooms were clean, and customer service was amazing. Cameron and Allen checked me in, and both were really nice.
