We had a large king room with LOTS of space, and the bed was comfy. The only downside I could think of was that the towels were thin and a little worn. There's a nice fitness center and an indoor heated pool. I just wish breakfast started earlier. Great hotel, and I'll definitely stay again.

Kim, the manager, has always worked hard to make whatever we need happen and has been accommodating to us. She knows we come from out of town, and some of us travel a long distance, so she makes allowances for us. Her front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff all make sure we have everything we need. My family and I are forever grateful. This is our favorite hotel, and I won't go anywhere else, even though my granddaughter has moved. Thank you, Kim.

No issues at all, and we didn't take photos. The hotel was very nice, super clean, and the staff were lovely. I'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was amazing, with a hot bar, make-your-own pancakes, cereal, bagels, and more. The rooms were huge compared with other hotels, and everything was spotless. You could even feel how clean the place was in the air. This place is 125/100. Definitely book here.

I felt frustrated and undervalued by how the Holiday Inn handled a room change. My office had made a booking error, so I was moved to another room on the same floor. I offered to pay the difference upfront, but the staff couldn't accommodate that request. I expected a hotel of this caliber to find a better solution, and the lack of flexibility and support left me disappointed.
