Azusa INN Motel

After a long drive, I arrived around 3 p.m. and was given a room far from the parking lot but close to a venue with loud music. I went to bed at 10, then woke up at midnight to two people outside my room, laughing, talking loudly, making noise, and banging on the next room's door.

I've been coming here for years because it's dependable and good for families. Check-in is consistent, the prices stay steady, and staff are available when I need something, whether it's a plunger, toilet paper, or help with the TV. The location and the work they do keep me coming back. It's worked for family time, a getaway, business, or a break from the kids. 🤗

At $120 a night, the price is really good, and there's no security deposit. The room was clean. My one complaint is the couch, which is very dirty and needs replacing. They charge 50 cents for ice, so free ice would be nice.

At $140 a night, I felt ripped off. The front office employee had a terrible attitude, and I had to ask her more than once to calm down and speak decently. On top of that, the bathroom vent seemed connected to other rooms, and a foul feces smell came through it all night. I won't stay there again.
