Pretty cheap, too, and I’d highly recommend it. The kitchen is really well equipped with dishes, a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cups, and pans.

The shower barely had any water, and you could hear everything between rooms since they aren’t soundproofed at all. Still, it’s a great shared apartment if you’re staying alone, because you don’t have to keep your voice down. It has all the facilities except a TV.
I was there with my nine-year-old daughter when two men came out of a door beside our room and told me the bathroom was shared. I didn’t feel safe at all. We had no idea we’d be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with strangers, and the alley was very dark in an area that didn’t feel safe. I want a full refund. I hope this helps keep other people safe.
I never got to stay or even see the place. I booked and received an email confirmation, but when I called to double-check, I was told the hotel was closed and that Trip.com could refund me. Trip.com checked with them and was told the hotel was open. What? The cancellation and refund went through anyway. I called the hotel again minutes later, heard the same voice, but this time the person gave a different name and said the hotel was closed. Shady and sketchy.
The room itself was clean, but the whole setup felt really sketchy, and my family and I left to book somewhere else. The place is in a bad part of town, with addicts walking around, and parking was in a dark alley that had no parking. The bathroom was on the other side of the building. I’d called a day ahead and was told there were two restrooms shared among four units, but actually one restroom in an apartment across the building was shared by five units. There was no AC or TV, just two beds. The door was hard to find, with doors to other units on every side of the building. I went up every flight of stairs before finding our unit, and it was confusing. Maybe it’s fine for one person who doesn’t mind walking through pitch black into someone else’s space to use the bathroom, but I was pregnant and had a six-year-old. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. People were sleeping on the street within walking distance, and there was no one on site to answer questions.
