Best DTLA Location. Everything Walking Distance!

The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, and the location made it easy to unwind while staying near everything we needed. The whole hotel was spotless and beautifully designed. Staff were warm and professional at every turn, going out of their way to make us feel looked after. Isaiah at the front made a particularly great impression. It was an outstanding stay from beginning to end, easily among the best hotels I’ve tried. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable, high-quality stay.

Franklin made us feel welcome right away with his great smile and pleasant manner. Check-in was easy and stress-free, even though I had a problem with my bank. He stayed patient and accommodating while remaining professional. He really took care of us and made a great first impression. :)

We had great views and balconies, plus a good pool, hot tub, and gym. The hot tub wasn’t very clean by the end of our weeklong stay. The room had the space our group needed, and the location was great for us, though anyone uneasy about walking around DTLA probably wouldn’t want to stay here. Parking was convenient but about $20 above the market rate. There were some real frustrations. We arrived after the scheduled check-in time and still waited more than two hours for the room. A leaky faucet took four calls to the desk before maintenance dealt with it, and other minor fixes were slow too. The penthouse events get very loud on the upper floors. Our room smelled strongly of pot when we arrived, and whenever we went onto the patio in the evening, the smell was almost overwhelming. The kitchen was missing basics like oven mitts and dish towels, and the oven didn’t work well. I might stay again, but a little work could make this a fantastic place.

Dawson noticed I was visiting for my birthday and kindly comped my parking. He was so welcoming and thoughtful. The room was beautiful and very clean, and having an open balcony made the stay even nicer. I couldn’t recommend a better place in LA. It was an amazing experience with great service, and I’ll definitely return. THANK YOU DAWSON AGAIN, YOU MADE THIS EXPERIENCE A 10/10 :)
