There wasn’t anyone there to check us in, and we had to check in at the hotel next door. The room was so bad we couldn’t leave fast enough, and we decided to stay somewhere else. The sheets were stained, torn, and didn’t look clean, and the tub didn’t look like it gets cleaned either. We couldn’t get good photos to show how bad the room was. Booking.com wouldn’t help with a refund, even though the room was in deplorable condition.

The second room was cleaner, much better, had a proper bathroom door, and looked more like the online photos. We’d complained about the first one, which was tiny, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and gave me a headache. Its stiff sheets, sink next to the bed, and open toilet and shower with no proper door made it feel unacceptable. They did move us to another room. Even in the new room, I could hear everything through the paper thin walls, including people arguing outside, and barely slept. The on-site reception was missing, so I had to check in at the motel next door. It felt like they gave us the worst room first. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It felt gross, honestly. The beds are bad, the linens scratchy, and you get one small, overused bath towel. The room smelled like dog piss. You might save money on the room, but don’t expect much in return. I don’t recommend staying here, and suggest spending a little more to avoid it. That’s my view, anyway. If you had a different experience, more power to you.

The smell was unbearable, so I left after just a few minutes and couldn’t imagine staying the night, let alone any longer. At first there was a strong air freshener smell, then the room smelled of piss and smoke. It seemed like they were covering up the urine smell instead of cleaning. The walls and floors were really dirty, and the floors were sticky. There was black mold in the bathroom, a serious health hazard, and the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned or changed between guests. I’ve never been to a worse hotel. For my own sanity, I’d tell people not to go there. Plenty of cheaper hotels are worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here for free, never mind $100 a night. This is a cheap hotel, but for about the same price you’d be better off at the Motel 6 down the street. When I got in the room, I could tell this wasn’t the place to be. I told the manager I wanted to check out and needed to call a cab and check in elsewhere. While I was checking in at the other hotel, the manager called my number and rudely told me to hurry up.
