The Wi-Fi was fine and reasonably fast, and both the TV and microwave worked. But the towels weren’t clean, and the bed kept rolling away from the wall, which was really irritating. Better cleaning would have brought my rating up to three stars.

We lost power for an entire day, and the staff couldn’t reset the breakers, so our food spoiled. With no lights, my wife bumped into the dresser and got a bad bruise on her thigh. The manager showed no sympathy and threatened to evict us without a refund if we complained again. The rooms were filthy, with stains and gang writing on the walls. I asked over and over to have our room cleaned, but it never happened, and there were never clean towels. Some microwaves and AC/heaters didn’t work. One microwave started smoking and shooting sparks from inside. The manager is incompetent, and this place isn’t worth staying in even for free.

They treated the place respectfully, had a great time, and left everything clean. It was quiet all weekend, and communication was great. I’d be happy to host them again!

The cockroaches were the last straw. I spotted one as soon as I got to the room and went to tell the office. They acted like it was completely normal, which made me think this must be common. I’m including a photo. They seemed to care about getting paid, not what happened afterward. My two nights were miserable. At 5 AM on the first morning, the fire alarm suddenly started blaring. When I complained, the guy at the office said he didn’t know what to do and told me to try removing the device myself. He didn’t seem to care, so I cut its wires, took it to the office, and left it there, but it was still making that awful loud noise. Then the TV turned on by itself at 6 AM the next morning. I was already badly sleep deprived and had come to rest, but left more stressed than before. The staff don’t help when you complain or ask for something. They’re careless about you, but not your money. The rooms are in terrible shape, you don’t get fresh towels the next day, and you need to bring your own cleaning supplies, especially a toothbrush and toothpaste. In my opinion, this place should close for remodeling or be sold to someone who understands the business and can hire skilled, professional staff. Don’t spend your money here if you want comfort or a chance to relax. I’ve never reviewed a hotel before, but I want people to know this was the worst hotel experience ever, unless they’ve had something even worse.
