It’s been over six months since we were promised a refund for our "FREE Cancellation," and we’re still waiting. They don’t answer the phone or return emails. Their "customer service" has been totally disgusting.

I just wanted to discuss possibly changing my stay dates, but I’ve had no reply to my emails, no refund, and no communication. It’s terribly disappointing. I’d be happy to change this review and rating if they respond.

They told us we’d get a refund, but after waiting nine months, we’re still without it. Now they ignore all our emails. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and I’m incredibly disappointed and angry.

Still no update about the refund, and they haven’t replied to my email.

I booked last year, they took my money, then cancelled the reservation. A YEAR later, they still haven’t refunded me or responded. Horrible! Greed breeds poverty!
