It's convenient and affordable, with parking included. The rooms are small but decent for a short stay. It's nothing fancy, and the area can feel a bit busy, though safe enough. Staff are available 24/7.

Check-in was painfully slow, and communication with the staff was difficult. I needed to enter my PIN to pay, but the staff member kept tapping my card on his machine through the glass on his side of the counter. When I explained about the PIN, he kept saying my card had declined. I had to take cash from his machine and pay $3 to withdraw my own money. Then he asked what was wrong with my card. It's a security measure, my bank wants to make sure I'm the one using it. I would have thought he knew that. He also copied my passport and said he needed it, but couldn't explain why. When I asked whether it was stored securely and for how long, given data protection, he couldn't answer. Staff kept coming into the room and turning off the air conditioning. There was no bin, the bathroom window curtains were being used as a shower curtain, and it was dirty and had holes. The bedding had cigarette holes and stains, and there was rubbish in the fridge from the previous guest. The towels were fluffy, but staff made me bring them back before giving me new ones. It's their job to bring fresh towels and collect used ones, and it felt like they were too tight to hire cleaners. The female staff member wasn't friendly. The rooms need updating and were very loud at night. The basic TV was poor, and the decor, including the bedding, was horribly bright and mismatched. It was very overpriced for the room quality and especially for the area. I wouldn't stay here again.

I was here for an extended stay. The room was clean and had A/C, a TV, several tables, a microwave, a nice sink, and a shower. The staff were friendly and offered daily room service or fresh towels. It's in an area near a lot of businesses.

The remodeled room has a fridge, microwave, and plenty of bright overhead lighting. The shower has good spray and water pressure, drains well, and the sink above the counter has a nice faucet and good pressure too. The new smart TV's remote worked, and it had over-the-air and digital programming plus Direct TV. My two complaints: the TV is mounted much too high, and there are no Direct TV music channels. I think they have the sports package because there are lots of sports channels. It's a family-run business. The father and daughter were nice to deal with, while the mother and son seemed cold and stern. They could work on smiling and being friendlier.
