I didn't like the room at all. I walked in, walked back out, and didn't use anything or even sit on the bed. When I told the staff I wanted to check out, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn't offer another room or even let me speak with management, and now they're refusing to refund my money. This was the worst experience I've ever had with hotel staff, despite having stayed in many places. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rosy, the concierge, arranged excellent tours for us, and the service throughout was efficient and courteous. Breakfast was amazing, with excellent food and great staff, and the espresso was terrific. We also had dinner at the restaurant. Everything we ordered was perfect, and our two waiters made us feel like the most important people there. The bar made great cocktails, too. Our room was clean and very comfortable, with a wonderful view over LA, and the area felt very safe. It's been a wonderful experience, the best hotel so far.

For a business trip, I didn't use all the services, but I was very comfortable here. The room was clean and nice, and I slept great. Housekeeping really impressed me, and the house car was handy for getting around nearby. The staff were professional and very nice. Looking forward to my next trip.

They upgraded my room to an executive suite at no extra cost, and it was incredible: a tub, shower, two balconies, a huge couch, and more. The downstairs breakfast buffet costs extra, but it's completely worth it. The location is pretty nice, too. Service was spot on, helpful without being annoyingly over-polite. My only complaint was the bathroom. The peach marble tiles and countertops are badly outdated, and the shower is small. This hotel seems to attract an older, somewhat high-class crowd, which isn't really my scene as a 20-something computer programmer, but they treated me well anyway.

The staff were super friendly, personable, and helpful, and room service breakfast was excellent. We had a great three-night stay on the 16th or 17th floor with a great view. We were out most of the time and brought our family, so we didn't get to try the bar, though it looked lively with plenty of young professionals. It was too cold for the pool, so I can't comment on that. Parking is $38 per day.
