The room was clean and really nice, and the staff helped us with everything. They made the stay easy, and I’m grateful for that. I’d definitely come back.

My daughter and I had a great time here. The staff were so friendly and made sure we were happy, and it was close to the concert we came for. Glad we found this place. We’ll be back.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like little cotton balls. The carpet looked old and dirty. We stayed with family in a double room, and both the room and bathroom smelled bad. The bathroom had a sewer smell the whole time. It wasn’t an enjoyable stay, and I won’t be coming back.

The room was comfortable and clean, with great AC, and the price made me very happy. Check-in was all virtual but still went smoothly. Thanks to Resa for making it easy. We knew what to expect from the surrounding area, and getting dropped off at the hotel was no trouble. Very happy with the stay.

We felt safe, and the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable we’ve had. My husband and I were there for a wedding as part of a group booking. Our room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of towels and everything we needed to get ready. There’s lots of parking, and the lobby coffee shop was lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and booking and check-in were quick and easy. The location is great for downtown, K-town, the arts district, and lots of venues. We come to DTLA for concerts and events often, and this will be our regular hotel.
