For the price, it’s pretty good if all you need is somewhere to sleep. It’s one big room filled with bunk beds, so you don’t get a room of your own. The waiting area is in the kitchen, and everything is upstairs. It can be hard to find because there are no signs. The entrance is locked, so you have to call them to open the door.
Isa and Kat wouldn’t help us, and it felt like guests were allowed to do whatever they wanted. My son’s new shoes were stolen, and the staff seemed to protect the thief. They said they’d pay us back, but kept giving us the runaround. I didn’t feel this was a very safe place.
The beds were great, but there was no coffee. You can get a personal TV for $35. The showers smelled worse after they were cleaned, and the place could use some kind of germ-killing air disinfectant.
Men and women share the same bathroom and shower, and they weren’t clean. The kitchen was locked, and I couldn’t see the point of that. The cleaning staff were rude, the beds weren’t cleaned, and there were bed bugs. There’s no TV unless you pay $35 for a bunk with one. I didn’t like staying here at all.
The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and it didn’t cost much. I had a great stay and would come back.
