I was wary after reading the negative reviews, but my experience at the 1010 has been great. Sonny, our listing agent, showed us several options and helped us land the right place. Check-in was quick and easy, and the apartments are clean, pristine, and well cared for. The views are some of the best in the city, in my opinion. The people here are outgoing and really nice, and both buildings feel like communities. I have a condo in Florida, but people at the 1010 are more outgoing by far. The valet has never taken more than 10 minutes to bring my car, and the location is close to everything downtown. I'm going to USC, less than a 10 minute drive away. They work for short or long stays, whether it's 1 month or more. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience after seeing so many negative ones. No issues here, and thanks to Sonny for helping us get settled.

The TENTEN rooftop has a great outdoor space and view, and the staff were amazing. We filmed a music video there with Exclusive Dance Studio, and it was a great experience.

Argishti, the building manager, was a huge help while we filmed on the roof of the 1010 building. The view from up there is beautiful. Thanks for working with such professionals.

The advertised prices and utilities didn't match what I was told during my visit. Their banners invite people to “tour today,” so I stopped by, but was told same-day tours weren't available. I booked for the next day and asked about the rates listed, $2400 for a 1 bedroom and $2800 for a 2 bedroom, with utilities included. They said the leasing agent would need to confirm the prices, though the units included utilities. During the tour the next day, as I was being shown the first unit, I was told the website wasn't valid. The 2 bedrooms actually start at $3500, and utilities aren't included. This felt unprofessional and dishonest, like bait and switch, and it wasted my time.
