Our reservation was canceled on May 5 because of lockdown, and we still haven't received a refund. I've called dozens of times each month, but the hotel keeps saying a bank problem is stopping them from crediting my card. We're in the USA in 2020, what kind of bank issue is this? A transfer takes 5 min. If they can't repay us, they should say so. Customer service: 0.
