The room was spacious, nice, and, most of all, quiet. I liked the classic interior, which made it feel like a hotel from the 60s without the drawbacks of an old building. For what I needed, it was good value and a positive stay. I was there for just 2 nights, mostly to sleep, so this may not say much about a longer stay or the amenities. The staff weren't rude, apart from the person who brought room service and silently handed me the food, but they seemed uninterested in helping unless prompted. Twice I approached employees who were on their phones and had to get their attention. I don't think they shouldn't be allowed to use phones when it's quiet, but they need to notice when a guest needs help. Neither time came with an apology, just a curt reply before they went back to their phones. Still, I'd likely return for the location and building. I just wish the staff were more engaged.

I especially liked the lobby atmosphere and the hotel's overall vibe, which made our trip more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The Delphi Hotel is right in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, close to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Its modern, stylish design was appealing, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles.

Christina was wonderful and helpful every time we interacted, and Albert was accommodating too. The room was super cute, and I loved the transparent bathroom facade. The microwave I borrowed from the front desk locked up and stole my donut, LOL, but Maryanne or Mariam, sorry, I can't remember which, got me a free dessert. Had a fantastic stay last weekend and will definitely be back!

Customer service was amazing, a 10/10, and we enjoyed Denaes diner. The lobby is really appealing, so it draws you in. But the room needs renovation: the carpet was badly stained, there was an unbelievable amount of dust behind the headboards, and the shower curtain was stained too. The TV remote didn't work, so we couldn't watch TV. I don't think I'll stay here again.

The lobby and some other updated areas are high quality, and the staff were lovely and attentive. The location is excellent, and for what it is, the hotel is relatively good value. Still, parts feel very dated: the hallway and room carpets smelled musty, and the elevators have seen better days. I'd consider staying again.
