The Hollywood Suite

Ivanna made move-in day feel personal and took her time getting everything set up for me. My mother and I really enjoyed working with her. She was thorough, helpful, and wonderful to deal with. I felt grateful for how smoothly the move went and for the luxury treatment that matched my new apartment. I’m looking forward to living at Encore.

Ivana and Michael made the application process easy and pleasant. They were friendly, professional, and ready to help throughout. I had an amazing experience at Fusion Encore Hollywood Apartments. Highly recommended!

The maintenance team has made a real difference in day-to-day life here. Since Allaya became Fusion Encore, service has noticeably improved, and the new crew is responsive, professional, and thorough. The repairs have been excellent, and requests get handled promptly. Chris especially stands out. He communicates clearly, is respectful, and takes pride in his work. He explains what he’s doing and checks that the problem is fully resolved before leaving. Thanks to Chris and the whole maintenance crew for making the place feel cared for.

After my lease ends, I’m moving to a townhome or house in the valley, far from Hollywood. This has been the most stressful place I’ve lived, and every neighbor I’ve talked to plans to leave when their lease is up. The building may look modern, but that hasn’t made living here worth it. I pay about $2,800 a month, and there’s always another problem. The fire alarm has been going off for hours today for testing. The old management ran tests for about two weeks around four months ago, and working from home makes this unacceptable. The key fob system has also been a problem since I moved in January 2025. It can take as many as nine taps to get the elevator working, around five on average, and with readers at every access point I sometimes tap it 25-30 times just to reach the mailbox and parking garage. They sell it as a safety feature, but it’s a pain. They should replace the whole system with keys. They’ve tried fixing the fobs several times, but each fix lasts a day at most. During the last attempt, everyone got locked out of their floors because no fobs worked. The stairwells need keys none of us have, and even the front desk staff didn’t have the right ones. It took 30 minutes to get back to my apartment after I’d gone to check the mail. All we get in response is apologies, and those don’t mean much anymore. The neighborhood adds to the stress: traffic, road closures, the Hollywood Bowl, award shows, tourists, robots, homeless people, and trash everywhere. The parking gate is always broken, and people who don’t live here park in our garage to walk up to the hall of fame. I’m trying to save others from wasting money and living through what I have.
