The location is the one good thing about this place. Parking costs extra, though that's common downtown, and the breakfast was awful. They also require a $100 deposit, which they say is listed on their website and other booking sites, but I hadn't seen it mentioned. The staff and customer service were the worst I've ever encountered. The woman checking us in argued and yelled at me. I've never had an employee scream at a customer like that. Asking for a manager didn't help. We were told one wasn't there and wouldn't be available until the next day, leaving us with the rude worker who wanted to pick a fight. If you want somewhere cheap, dirty, and rude, this is it. I wouldn't recommend it to a homeless person.

For such a low downtown price, I wasn't sure what we'd get, but the place was fine. The room was clean, though there was a slight smoke smell when we first came in. It went away pretty quickly, maybe because a staff member had smoked before checking it. It's a good option if you're saving money and want to be near everything downtown. The small breakfast was a nice extra.

The room was basic, nothing special, and okay for one night. Being near the hospital was convenient, but the way I was treated because of my service dog overshadowed everything. I'd told the hotel several times through Booking.com that I was bringing a service animal, and they replied, “thank you for letting us know.” When we arrived, they acted as if I hadn't told them and treated me like I was the problem. The snarky looks were uncalled for. We were there less than 12 hours, then left early and waited in my car for an hour before my doctor's appointment. No convenience is worth being judged for having a service animal. This place isn't service-animal-friendly. The cigarette smoke also makes my medical conditions flare. Even though our room was marked non-smoking, it smelled so bad when we entered that we left the door cracked, and that didn't help.

The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, though the fridge didn't have a freezer. It was very clean and had no cigarette or weed smell. The bed was comfortable, with just the right number of pillows for two. Breakfast included bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Parking is $8 for one guest car, with extra charges for additional cars and trailers. There's also a $100 deposit required on a credit card.
