Quality Inn Louisville MS

My family and I love staying here. The rooms are always clean and up to date, and the staff are so professional. Best hotel in Louisville, hands down!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was about as clean as you'd expect from how the outside looked. The only bug I noticed was a fly in the bathroom. At 2am, I woke to a kid's voice saying "momma." I fell back asleep, then woke again with the feeling that something was staring at me. I saw what looked like a man's silhouette standing over the other bed. We packed up and left, and agreed never to come back.

The front desk was accommodating when I checked in, but the rest of the stay was awful. I usually take photos, but didn’t even get any this time. The emergency lights and fire detector looked like they were from the ’70s, the shower curtain was brown and worn out, and the toilet paper holder was rusty. I also had bites all over from bedbugs. I’ve never stayed anywhere with bedbugs or been bitten like that before. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen at a Quality inn, and this was the worst-kept Quality inn I’ve seen too. On my last morning I needed a shower, but the curtain was so nasty that I waited until I got home. I don’t see how the place passes inspection. It seems to stay in business because there aren’t hotels for miles, apart from the one by the lake, which has the same quality. They should throw the whole place away.

At the Quality inn in Louisville ms, they accused me of smoking in a non-smoking room. The housekeeper said she saw cigarette butts in there, but that wasn’t true. They suck.
