Ramada by Wyndham Louisville North

The ceiling in our room looked moldy, though it seems like they’re remodeling, so hopefully it’ll look better later. Even so, it was worth the money, and the breakfast was good. We arrived a little late at night, but check-in was easy, and the person at the front desk was kind and helpful.

About an hour and a half into our drive home, the manager Amid called because I’d left my bag of clothes in the room. He offered to charge my card for shipping, and I got the bag back with everything I’d left behind. I’m so thankful to him for sending clothes I badly needed, and to the front desk team for making the stay pleasurable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front desk called a few minutes after we got to the room to see if everything was okay. The price and location were great, less than 20 minutes from all the places we planned to visit. Breakfast was good enough to get our day started, and we ended up booking an extra day. Highly recommend this place.

We were six women staying for a girls’ night, and Paul was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The bed was decent and my room was clean, though it had a smell that seemed part of an older motel with smoking rooms. I didn’t see loitering or drug use, and getting around was easy. The reviews seemed a bit far off to me. I wouldn’t mind staying again. Just pay attention to the sign out front that says lobby check-in.

We arrived during an ice storm, and the manager was wonderful and very helpful. They even called to make sure the room was okay and that we had everything we needed. The icy sidewalks had all been salted. The room was very clean, the beds were great, there were enough towels, and the water pressure was good. Breakfast was nice too. I really recommend this place.
