La Quinta Inn Louisville Airport 836

The room was excellent and very clean, and the gym was nice. Staff were polite, and David kindly let me stay a bit later so I could finish a business meeting. Much appreciated, thank you.

The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept well each night. The hotel is next to the highway and near the airport, so there’s some noise, but it was minimal, just soft background sound, and didn't bother us. We felt safe the whole time. The kids liked having enough outlets in the room to charge their devices at once. It was clean, everyone was nice, and the breakfast attendant was the best. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the evening staff seemed professional. The morning was another story. Breakfast was basically cold sausage and what looked like boiled breakfast potatoes. The person meant to be handling it sat on a countertop in another room on her phone for more than 45 minutes without moving. Meanwhile, the person behind the check-in desk was loudly taking personal calls for at least as long. I learned way more about her life than I should have.

The hot breakfast was great, with waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausages, eggs, and more. The lobby and rooms were very clean too. Even with the airport and busy roads right nearby, there was very little noise. We were very pleased with our night here.
