Omni Louisville Hotel

We booked a corner suite, with a little upgrade involved, and had fantastic views at sunrise and sunset. There was plenty of room for guests, and it was surprisingly quiet. Room service came quickly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, there are also a hot dog joint, a taco spot, and a grocery store. We were there for our anniversary, and they gave us a special gift that made it memorable. Erica was wonderful, kind, and welcoming, and we felt relaxed and comfortable. The suited security staff with earpieces seemed a bit intimidating at first, but they were helpful. The room was just perfect.

I was there for a conference, and the wait staff stood out as professional, courteous, and always helpful with a smile. The Omni is handy for conferences and getting around downtown Louisville. There are several places to eat inside, some interesting shops, a Speakeasy with a couple of real bowling lanes, and the Bottle Room has a good selection of local bourbons. I only wish they had a cigar room. I'd happily come back to stay next time I'm in Louisville. Even if you're not staying overnight, it's worth stopping by to see the shops. If you are spending the night, you should stay here. You'll like it, I guarantee it.

Alston checked us in and took great care of us. We ate at Bob's Steak and Chop House, and it was fantastic. We stayed one night in January. The hotel is beautiful, with bars inside and a bowling alley, and the rooftop pool and hot tub area is top notch. The place was warm too. Amazing stay.

Monei gave me an incredible massage, and the spa was even better than I expected. The restaurants were all top-notch, and you should definitely get the chicken nachos at the bar restaurant. The heated rooftop pool and clean, relaxing hot tub made it an amazing stay all around.
