My vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. The thieves smashed the window, took valuables, then moved on to the car beside mine. There have been break-ins on the far side of the lot regularly, and the hotel staff know about them and have camera footage, though apparently the image isn’t clear enough to identify anyone. Nothing was posted to warn guests. I had to ask the police to come, and the officer knew to replay camera 31.

My truck window was smashed and about $6,000 in belongings were stolen during my stay. At first, staff let my boyfriend and me watch the security video and said they could send a copy for the police. They told us several times it would be emailed, but nothing came. Around noon we followed up and got a dismissive “busy” response. After another call at 9 PM, we were told to call the next day for a manager. I was driving 5.5 hours back to Michigan in 37-degree weather with a shattered window. When I explained that, the staff member hung up on me. The lack of urgency after losing $6,000 worth of things, and the way we were treated, made this much worse. If they don’t take safety seriously or cooperate with police, I can’t see these break-ins stopping. Don’t stay here if you care about your vehicle, safety, or basic professionalism.
Really clean and nice, and the bed was comfy. It’s not fancy, but it was just fine. Breakfast was exactly what you need, eggs, sausage, and waffles, with no fuss. The coffee wasn’t very good, though it did the job. Thanks!
The staff were friendly and polite, and the bed was comfortable. I liked having a couch to relax on while watching TV, and breakfast had a nice selection. The room itself was pleasant, but the black mold smell was very noticeable. Being between two major highways made getting around the city easy.
The hotel showed us the video of the theft but wouldn’t share it, and said ours was the first incident. That doesn’t match the Louisville crime report. There were four thefts in August 2025 alone across the parking lot and the three nearby hotels, and just over $5,000 in belongings were taken from my vehicle. The hotel was nice, but the risk isn’t worth it.
