The pool was really nice, with water that wasn't freezing and plenty of towels. Breakfast had a decent range, from packaged cereal to fresh eggs and meats. The place was clean, organized, and fairly quiet for being near highway 36. It's close to Boulder, while sitting in a business park that makes it quieter and keeps it from being right next to the highway.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. I also felt good about leaving my car in the lot because the area seemed safe and quiet, unlike the car theft and break-in concerns I'd read in reviews of other hotels. The breakfast was always hot and satisfying. It's not luxurious, but the homey feel suited me better. I'd recommend it, especially since Boulder is so close.

Ali at the front desk personally helped me get my Amazon FireStick connected to the hotel wifi, and the customer service was outstanding. The hotel is in a great location, parking is free, and breakfast was excellent. My room was cleaned every other day. I've made three more reservations.

I come here with my daughter for a little mental break and a girls' night when I have extra money. She's two, and they are so patient with her and understanding of my situation as a single mother who's fallen on hard times. When we had an issue with the WiFi and phones, GM Jerrett knew how to fix everything and made us feel comfortable. I've met him on earlier visits too, and he speaks to both staff and guests properly and professionally. They have a real gem in him. He makes the place feel like home, and I'd recommend staying here because of him.

During my stay of about three weeks, the sales staff gave the receptionist a laundry basket and a complimentary load of laundry for me. Everyone was pleasant throughout, and the service felt thoughtful and professional, up to a Marriott standard.
