I accidentally booked two rooms for the same stay, though I was the only person staying. I come to L-ville for a month at a time and have booked the same nights during my rotation for two years. At check-in, the front desk was nice but kept repeating that nothing could be done and that she’d ask the GM in the morning. When I got back from work, she said the GM wouldn’t credit me or move the fee to the following week, which was what I’d hoped to do. I should have checked my reservations a month earlier, but the GM wouldn’t look at the mistake or the history logically. He only cared about the money. Marriott Corporate said the GM refused a credit because I checked in after 11 p.m., which isn’t true. The invoice for the room I stayed in is timed at 7:43 p.m., and the extra room I was billed for is timed at 11:14 p.m., both the same day. If I was told about both rooms at check-in, how could those timestamps differ unless the later time was used to deny reimbursement? Don’t trust this location. The general manager needs to learn customer service.

I stay here when I come to Louisville to see family. The staff are always friendly, the rooms clean, and it’s very quiet. They have breakfast every morning, and I thought it was sweet that they put a little Christmas stocking on my door.

The rooms were clean and quite nice, and the staff were friendly. Walking in gave me a peaceful feeling, and the place sits far enough from the road to stay quiet. It feels a little isolated despite being on the main road, and getting there from the freeway isn’t easy.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was hair in the tub, and they charged me for two children when I only had one. Breakfast was no good either. Both days they served sausage or ham, and as a diabetic I was left with sausage and gravy or sugary waffles. Eggs were the only thing I might have tried, but they looked watery, as if they came from a box, and my family doesn’t eat that kind of thing.
