We’ve stayed here several times over the years, and it’s been a great experience each visit. My kid especially loves the place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and everything is well kept and inviting. Breakfast is decent, and there are lots of places to eat nearby in a nice area. It’s a handy halfway stop on one of our regular trips, so we’ll keep staying here when we travel through.

The hotel is always clean and nice, and the people working here are just as good. I’ve been here quite a bit lately for work, and they’ve made it feel welcoming. Two of the guys who often work nights are especially friendly and helpful. Tyrus helped me out, and his customer service was top tier.

The room was okay, but a roach greeted us at the door and it took me two days to squash it. You’re welcome, Hilton. The hallway carpet also never got vacuumed during the three days we were there. Breakfast was okay, and my complimentary water didn’t show up until the second evening. Watch the shower setting: all the way hot is scalding, and it takes a few minutes to settle. I’d only consider staying here because of the price. It wasn’t up to the Hilton name.

This was my first stay at a Tru by Hilton, and I found the room very small for a Hilton brand, though I don’t know whether they’re all like that. The mattress was extremely soft, and my lower back hurt the next morning. Breakfast was complimentary and good enough. When I got to the room, the sink was clogged, but staff were helpful and sent someone right away.

We were here for a tournament weekend with two soccer teams. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were great. They were understanding and went above and beyond after we left a phone behind. I’d definitely recommend it.
