Executive Inn Lubbock

When I had no home and very little money, the Executive Inn was a shelter during a really tough time. I'm grateful to God for the help I received and to everyone who supported me. The local community will always be in my heart. I'll never forget this place or the help it gave me.

We needed a room right away, and the owner gave us a good deal. It was nice and quiet, and we couldn't hear traffic on Ave Q. Keep up the good work.

I stayed one night in a room that was infested with bedbugs. I woke up covered in bites, and they were in my clothes and belongings. I took pictures and showed the staff. They offered to refund the room, but I had nowhere else to go and couldn't afford another motel. By then the bugs were already in everything I had, and it's going to cost $1,000 to have my home sprayed. It would mean a lot if the owner helped cover that, though I seriously doubt they will. The place is loud all the time. People stand outside the door making noise, so you can't get proper rest when you're tired. The staff brought new bedding, but that did no good because the bugs were everywhere, including the walls and bathroom sink.

There was traffic all night, plus a dog barked for hours even after I reported it to the office. I found roaches, and when I asked housekeeping for service, they told me to vacuum my own room and then gave me attitude. It's affordable, but it isn't as peaceful as it was when we first moved in. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small kids.
