Quality Suites Lubbock Southwest

The price was affordable, and the sheets were clean with no bed bugs, but the room was in rough shape. We had to ask the desk for towels, for the floor to be mopped, and to wipe pee off the toilet seat. We also asked them to remove poop from the wall beside the toilet, but that wasn't done. Behind the nightstand I found a broken clock, a whole container of fries, and weeks' worth of other stuff while looking for a charging cord that had fallen back there. There was food and paper between the couch and wall, candy sitting on the bathroom light, and old milk left in the fridge. If they don't clean up food waste, they'll end up with cockroaches and ants.

The hotel is older and has no elevator, but it was very clean. Our suite was huge, and the beds were comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were excellent. I loved this hotel.

Love the Raider Spirit all over this place! The service and breakfast are the best part. I'd love to stay here every time I visit.
