The owners were friendly and accommodating, and the outdoor lighting made it feel safe walking between the car and room at night. There's also a convenience store with gas right next door. For a practical stop along I-95, Atkinson Inn & Suites worked well for us. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was plenty of space. It's not fancy, but it had what we needed to rest during a long drive. The kitchenette was decent, with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The shower had hot water and great pressure. There was a huge flat-screen TV, modern lighting, and handy USB charging ports. It's a good option with pets, too. The pet fee was a reasonable $20, and the vinyl tile floors seemed cleaner and more sanitary for animals than old carpeting. A functional, convenient place to stop and sleep.

I only dropped someone off and had a look at the room, so I can't speak to the staff, nighttime noise, or the price. It seemed clean and decent enough that I was willing to sit and visit. Parking is tight, but the location is excellent, with what you need nearby and quick access to 95. Looked like a good place to stop while traveling.

Our stay was five stars until I fell in the shower. There were no safety bars, and the wallpaper was peeling. I was sore, but thankfully didn't break any bones. I told management, and the owner asked if I was okay, then carried on with his story about plans to take things out and redo the rooms. My husband stressed that bars should be mounted into studs. That didn't get an answer.

Really good value for the money. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, with lots of parking, and the bed was super comfortable.
