Oostema Farmstead Inn

Lisa and Glen are wonderful hosts, always available if we need anything, and they'll even open their store for goodies when asked. We brought home several yummy things from the store and can't wait to return for more. This was our second stay in the apartment at Oostema Farmstead, and whenever we're lucky enough to book it, I know we'll have a great time. It's warm and inviting, with a dreamy bed, linens, and pillows. When we need somewhere in the Lynden area, Oostema is always the first place we'll check.

Lisa and Glen made us feel right at home during our three-night visit, even with mostly rainy weather. We liked spending time with the chickens and cows, and we're grateful they shared the farm with us. Be sure to visit the store. We picked up colorful fresh eggs and a super-tender Wagyu ribeye. Lisa, thanks for the cooking instructions, it came out perfectly and tasted delicious!

A great place to get away from the busy pace of life. The gardens and sites were beautifully cared for, with lovely views all around, and getting in with our fifth wheel was easy. Lisa and Glen were very welcoming. Lynden's gorgeous old town is close enough to bike to. I'd highly recommend staying here 🤩.

We booked this stay for our parents, who are in their mid-80s, and they really enjoyed it. The accommodations were pleasant and comfortable, and being so close to town was a real plus. We also enjoyed getting to know the owners and hearing about their farm operations. We'd definitely return!
